Who can apply for being listed into BPOYellowPages.COM?
Any established organization who’s directly or indirectly associated with the global BPO industry can apply for the possible listing.


Can BPOYellowPages.COM deny someone from being listed?
Yes, BPOYellowPages.COM reserves its right to deny any individual or organization from being listed.


Does BPOYellowPages.COM entertain listing requests from my country?
Being a platform for the global BPO industry, request from any country is welcomed.


Do you offer free listing?
Yes, we have a provision for publishing free listing into BPOYellowPages.COM.


Are there any limitations imposed on the free listings?
Although free listings are allocated resources the same way as the paid ones, still there are a few differences between the two:
- Category Limit: Free listings can be published only under one category of the user’s choice.
- Product, Image & Document Limit: There is a limit of one unit each for products, Images and Documents (i.e. only one product, one image and one document can be published).
- Featured Sidebox Display: Free listings will not be showcased under featured sidebox display.
- HTML Support: There is no HTML support for free listings.
- Text Size: Relatively smaller text size (number of characters) for “Short Description” and “Long Description” of the company.
- Banners: No option to publish advertisement banners on BPOYellowPages.COM.
- Reciprocal Link: Free listings are required to give a link back to http://www.bpoyellowpages.com from their respective websites.


I have a free listing with BPOYellowPages.COM, how can I add my listing to more than one category?
Free listings cannot be added to more than one category, immediate next option is to upgrade to “Startup” membership.


What if I create more than one account with BPOYellowPages.COM and publish my listing under more than one category?
Creating more than one account is in violation to the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) and TOS (Terms of Service) of BPOYellowPages.COM, you are therefore advised to report any duplicate account you might have created in error to Customer Care.
We only allow one listing for a given organization. Each time a new listing is added to BPOYellowPages.COM, the same is checked against the existing listings. Listings or in some cases even the user account will be suspended or deleted If any similarities are found. In extreme cases BPOYellowPages.COM may publicly blacklist an organization.


Can I have more than one free listing for different businesses of mine?
Yes, you can have any number of free listings under BPOYellowPages.COM as long as every listing is referring to a different business of yours.


For how long my free listing will remain published on BPOYellowPages.COM?
Every membership, whether free or paid is subject to be renewed at the end of one year period. This process also ensures that companies that no longer exist will be weeded out (unlisted) automatically at the end of the year.


How will I be able to manage the details of my listing as published on BPOYellowPages.COM?
BPOYellowPages.COM will provide you with direct access to your account via a password protected section; you will therefore be managing your company information on your own. In order to maintain and adhere to the quality standards as set forth by the advisory board of BPOYellowPages.COM, every entry will be mediated by a specially designated BPOYellowPages.COM moderator. Listings approved by the moderators will be published under the relevant categories of BPOYellowPages.COM.
